Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding date is in less than a week, taking place on Friday 19th May at St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle.

A lot of the wedding details have been announced in advance – Harry and Meghan’s festival food trucks, Prince George and Princess Charlotte being part of the ceremony and their millennial wedding photography choices.

Something that won’t be revealed until the big day however, is the bride’s dress, with Meghan Markle’s dress designer and style kept under wraps until we see her on her wedding day.

Princess Diana’s wedding dress designer, David Emanuel, has some opinions on what Meghan should be wearing, explaining how he would dress the 36-year-old in the Fox special, Meghan Markle: An American Princess.

‘What would I put Meghan in? Something sleek and clean, quite bodied with a long train, and I’d put her in a clinging silk crepe,’ the designer explained. ‘But, you know, she can’t be the sex bomb on her wedding day. She can look smoldering and wonderful, but it’s got to be regal.’

Will she be following David Emanuel’s advice, and who is designing what’s sure to be the most photographed dress of 2018?

We’ll have to wait until Saturday to find out.
